There are many Free blogging services out there, I specifically choose blogger, since it's one of the first I have used and very comfortable with it's themes, layouts and results.

How do I get a free blog ??
1- If you don't have a gmail account. I recommend you get one
2- once you have signed in, click the small boxes next to the bell icon by your profile picture
3- Then click the more button on bottom, Click on the big B orange icon ( blogger )
4- Create a blog name ( pick something related to what you will be posting about )
5- Start posting on your new blog..
It's really that simple to get a blog and start posting..
